Our someone for Me project offers 1-to-1 support to Care Leavers aged 17-25 in both North and West Northants.
We aim to support them with everyday things, but our main focus points are:

- Helping with the transition from care or a supported setting into independent living
- Support with education, employment and/or with training.
- Help with improving their mental health, if needed
