Self care is so important in everyday life. Taking care of ourselves is what gives us fuel to reach our full potential. In lockdown, it is a sensitive time for everyone. So taking that extra time to make sure we are looking after US is more important than ever! It is so easy to get caught up in worrying about our futures, about others, about what is happening around us, we sometimes forget about what really matters. Try to treat yourself like you would treat a friend, be gentle and avoid being too hard on yourself. You are important and you do deserve self care.
