Lets talk exercise, it can be difficult to find the motivation to ensure you are exercising every day. But it is so important. Here are the positives exercising daily can have upon our well being:

  6. Helps your mental health
  7. Provides opportunities to socialise
  8. Increases self esteem
  9. Part of a positive daily routine

It is important to remember that every ones abilities and needs when it comes to exercise will differ. Finding what work-out works for you is important to ensure you are not taking on too much and impacting your health in a negative way.
